Once a leader sets a first-meeting date, the next week's questions and a short prep note arrive in their inbox each week — nothing to remember.
PDFs and handouts
Printable guides (4 a month per seat) and a one-page handout for every week's meeting — questions only, ready to photocopy for the group.

- $199 a year for 5 leader seats, plus $29 a year for each extra seat. Ten leaders, for example, is $344 a year. Renews yearly at the same seat count unless canceled; the admin is emailed 30 days before.
- How it’s billed
- One receipt (card) or one net-30 invoice (with PO number and billing address if you like) for the whole church — no per-leader reimbursements. Payment is handled by Stripe.
- Tax-exempt?
- Email your exemption certificate to support@bookstudyguide.com and we’ll mark the church exempt and reissue the paperwork if needed.

Questions
Church Plan questions
Can we pay by invoice instead of a card?
Yes. Choose "Request an invoice" and we email a net-30 invoice to the admin address (with your PO number and billing address if you add them). Pay it online by card or bank transfer, or reply to it to arrange a check. Your church page unlocks the moment it's paid.
We're tax-exempt. Can you leave off sales tax?
Yes. Email support@bookstudyguide.com with your exemption certificate before or after you pay and we'll mark your church exempt and reissue the receipt or invoice if needed.
Can we add seats later?
Any time, from your church page. Each extra seat is $29 a year, and Stripe charges only the difference for the rest of the current year. Seats can go up to 200 here — email us for more.
What happens when a leader steps down?
Remove them from your church page and their seat opens up right away — invite the next leader by email with no extra cost.
How does renewal work?
The plan renews yearly at the same seat count — $199 for 5 seats plus $29 per extra seat — unless you cancel. We email the admin 30 days before, and card churches can cancel from the church page in one click. Invoice churches get the renewal invoice 30 days ahead and can simply decline it.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes — the same 30-day money-back guarantee as every membership (as long as 2 or fewer guides have been downloaded). If the plan isn't right for your church, email support@bookstudyguide.com within 30 days and we'll refund it.
What does each leader actually get?
A full Leader's Year: every study guide in the library, weekly leader emails timed to their group's schedule, printable PDFs and one-page handouts, and a share of the church's on-request books (3 per seat per year, pooled). Leaders sign in with their email — no passwords to keep track of.
