By using StudyGuide Pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StudyGuide Pro creates study guides for books. You provide a book title and author, and we create a complete study guide that includes summaries, key concepts, practice questions, and other study materials.

3. Payments and Refunds

Each study guide costs $9.99 USD, payable at the time of order via Stripe.
All payments are final. However, if you are unsatisfied with your study guide, contact us within 7 days for a refund.
If we are unable to generate a study guide for your requested book, you will receive a full refund automatically.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Use the Service to generate content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
Redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit study guides generated by the Service.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the Service.
Use automated tools to make bulk requests.

5. Intellectual Property

Study guides generated by the Service are provided for your personal educational use. The generated content is derived from AI analysis and does not reproduce the original book text verbatim. StudyGuide Pro does not claim ownership of the source books used for generation.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the generated study guides for any particular purpose. Study guides are meant to supplement, not replace, reading the original book.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyGuide Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific study guide in question.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
