2.He notes that envy is peculiarly corrosive because it is never satisfied by receiving good things — it is only temporarily relieved when others lose theirs. Have you ever noticed this dynamic in your own heart: feeling momentarily better when someone more successful experienced a setback?

3.Proverbs 14:30 says envy 'rots the bones.' What does that visceral image communicate about the internal damage envy does to the person who holds it? Have you experienced this kind of internal corrosion?
