1.Looking back over the whole book, which chapter or argument landed most heavily for you? What was it about that chapter that got under your skin — was it a particular illustration, a Scripture passage, or simply that it described you too accurately?

2.Chester works through several distinct root causes of busyness: the desire for approval, the love of money, the need to feel needed, the urge to escape, and sloth (avoiding the right things). Which of these did you most recognise in yourself? Has your self-understanding shifted at all since you started the book?

3.Before you read this book, how would you have diagnosed your busyness? How would you diagnose it now? What is the most significant way your understanding has changed?
