Father, I want to close the door and meet with You. I want more than information about You — I want You. Forgive me for the days I have skipped this appointment, or shown up in body but not in spirit. Help me to be still — not just outwardly, but in the anxious, rushing interior of my heart. Teach me to be consistent, not perfect. And in the faithful, ordinary showing up, let me learn the sound of Your voice. Amen.
