6 questions1.Maxwell illustrates the Law of Respect through the story of Harriet Tubman — a woman with no formal title, no institutional backing, and enormous personal risk, yet people followed her without hesitation. What specific qualities inspired that level of respect and followership?
2.Maxwell says people respect a leader who is stronger than they are — stronger in character, skill, proven track record, ability to care for others, or courage under fire. Which of these dimensions of strength do you think your followers most respect in you? Which do they least respect?
3.Maxwell notes that when strong leaders gather, they instinctively watch each other and quickly identify who is the "real" leader in the room — regardless of titles.
