Week 9: Law 8 — The Law of Intuition

1.Maxwell defines leadership intuition as the ability to "read" a situation — the team, the morale, the momentum, the resources — almost instinctively. Think of a time when you walked into a room or meeting and sensed something was wrong before anyone said a word. What were you reading, and were you right?

2.Maxwell says that intuition is informed by several factors: natural gifting, skills learned through experience, and the sheer volume of situations a leader has processed over time. Which of these three contributors is most developed in you right now?

3.Maxwell identifies five things that leaders are always reading: situations, trends, resources, people, and themselves. Which of these five do you read most accurately? Which do you most often misread or neglect to read?
