1.Looking back across all the chapters and all the weeks: which single idea, illustration, or moment from this book had the most impact on you? Why did it land so hard?

2.Eggerichs' central thesis — that wives need love and husbands need respect, and that meeting those needs is an act of obedience to God — how has your understanding of this idea evolved since Week 1? Is there anything you now believe that you resisted at the beginning?

3.The three cycles — Crazy, Energizing, and Rewarded — have now been part of your vocabulary for several weeks. Which cycle have you been most stuck in? Which cycle have you experienced most recently?

4.Think about a specific conflict or difficult moment from your marriage that happened during this study. How did you handle it differently than you might have before reading this book? What did that look like?

5.Eggerichs consistently returns to the theme that marriage is ultimately about God — that it is a covenant with Him as witness, and that it is designed to portray Christ's relationship with the Church. Lord, we have come to the end of this study, but we have not come to the end of the journey — not even close. You are not finished with our marriages, and we are not finished with each other. Thank You for every conviction, every moment of hope, every breakthrough — large and small. Where old cycles still have a hold on us, break them. Where new patterns are taking root, strengthen them. Bind us together in love and respect that endures — not because we are strong, but because You are faithful. May our marriages be a gift to each other, a gift to those who witness them, and an offering of worship to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
